1.Purpose and Agreement:
These Terms and Conditions govern the web design and brand strategy services provided by Gold Aura. Commencing any project implies unconditional acceptance of these terms..
2. Payement terms :
To ensure we can fully allocate our resources and reserve your slot in our production schedule, full payment for the service is required before work begins. No work will commence until full payment has been received.
3. Delivery times :
Gold Aura commits to a delivery timeframe of 12 to 21 business days, depending on the selected package.
- Start Date:
This timeframe begins only once the client has provided all necessary content (text, images, technical access).
Any delay in the client’s submission of content effectively suspends the delivery timeframe committed to by Gold Aura.
4. Intellectual Property :
- During the project : Gold Aura remains the exclusive owner of the structure, code, and concepts created.
- Transfer of ownership: Full intellectual property rights to the website and designs are transferred to the client immediately after the final launch. The client then becomes the sole and exclusive owner of their digital ecosystem and data.
5. Responsibility of content :
The client is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information and the legality of the images provided. Gold Aura disclaims all liability in the event of any dispute related to editorial or visual content provided by the client.
6. Governing Law :
The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information and the legality of the images provided. Gold Aura assumes no liability for any disputes arising from editorial or visual content submitted by the customer.
